More than 60 ELT practitioners from PakTurk International Schools are participating in 3-days English Language workshops here at Islamabad. OTA trainers Elna Coetzer and Patrick Shortt are the workshop leaders. On first day the workshop participants were welcomed by Mr. Kamil TURE, Director Education, PakTurk International Schools and Colleges. Mr. Kamil, in his address, emphasized on importance of using new techniques in teaching. He reminded the teachers greater role of love and care in teaching profession. Head of English Department, Mr. Suhail Aziz, in his seminar talked about the recent changes in every field, and asked the teachers to keep themselves motivated and enthusiastic in order to be an effective teacher.
During the three days program, the teachers from Junior and Senior section learned many techniques to make their teaching interesting and effective. They thanked the administration of PakTurk for giving such a wonderful opportunity to its teachers.
